I just finished making this Tux for my hubby. I think he turned out really cute. Not bad for my first amigurumi.

Lately I’ve been getting a little bored with the same old crochet. I’ve always wanted to learn to knit, and I’ve recently discovered Tunisian crochet, which is a melding of the two, so I’m now thinking that might be a good stepping stone to full on knitting. There are so many websites and books out there, I’m not really sure where to start. Tunisian Crochet: The Look of Knitting With the Ease of Crocheting by Sharon Hernes Silverman looks promising. I just added it to my Amazon wish list, and maybe I’ll get around to ordering it some day soon. I’ll be sure to keep you posted on my progress (assuming there is any).

Its the turn of musical album covers to get a Lego make-over, you will find album covers of Nirvana, Oasis, Radiohead, Bob Dylan, Iron Maiden… and many more. Yep, its official, there really is nothing that can not be created with Lego.
